Emily Krause joined Pennington Capital* in 2006 as Executive Assistant and is now the Manager of Communications and Investor Relations. Ms. Krause is a main point of contact for investors, board members, and staff. Ms. Krause creates the communications and presentations that are sent to stakeholders. Previously Ms. Krause worked at a local staffing agency from 2002 until 2006, and was the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Ms. Krause graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources
Over the past thirty years, Mr. Murray has provided Accounting, Management Consulting and Financial Services to dozens of companies in various industries. He is Chief Financial Officer of CreditPoint Software, LLC and Owner of Kevin Murray CPA, PLLC. For CreditPoint Software, a provider of Credit Management Software Services to businesses, Mr. Murray has managed all Fundraising, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Audit, Banking, Human Resource and Investor Relations functions. CreditPoint has 27 owners, 9 board members, audited financial statements, a staff of 20-40 and 16.0M in invested capital.
Mr. Murray is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Permit to Practice Public Accounting in Oklahoma. He began his Accounting career in 1989 at Floral Finance Business Services, Inc., the leading provider of Accounting and Consulting Services to the North American Retail Floral Industry. Financial Statements were compiled for over 200 companies. Additional skills includes Business Consulting, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Statement Compilations, Investor Relations and Supervision of Auditors.
Mr. Murray has served on the board of directors of various civic and charitable organizations, including Saint Simeon’s Episcopal Home, (2010 – Present) as Treasurer and Finance Chair (2013 – 2015), Christ the King Catholic Church Parish Council (2014 – 2016), and the Tulsa Tennis Club, (2010 – 2016) serving as President or Treasurer (2012-2016).
Mr. Murray is a 1979 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Ewald H. Hoelker served as a member of the Board of Directors of Hilti Corporation from 2005 to 2011. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Hoelker was an Executive Board member of Hilti responsible of all Hilti market regions worldwide. Mr. Hoelker joined Hilti Inc., in Tulsa in 1972 after a position in the food retail industry. He worked his way from technical sales representative through several positions to become Chief Executive Officer of Hilti USA in 1987.

(NASDAQ:ITW), a global manufacturer and distributor of copper wire products.
Mr. Pennington also served as the President of Lennox Worldwide Heat Transfer, Executive Vice President of Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) and as President of Lennox Asia Pacific. At Lennox, he was responsible for generating $450 million in revenues and managing 3,500 employees and 8 manufacturing plants across five different continents.
Additionally, Mr. Pennington served for ten years in several senior executive positions with Hilti International Corporation, a $5 billion privately-held manufacturer of specialty products and services for the construction industry. At Hilti, Mr. Pennington served as President of Hilti Asia Pacific in Hong Kong and as President of Hilti Canada in Toronto. Mr. Pennington has also served as the President of IMCO International, Inc. (formerly NYSE: IMR) and as the Executive Vice President of IMCO Recycling Inc.
Previously Mr. Pennington served as an advisor to HM Capital Partners, Tennenbaum Capital Partners, and GSC Partners and advised these firms and others on potential transactions and on the management and operations of certain of their portfolio companies. Mr. Pennington has also served on the Boards of Directors of numerous civic organizations including Cascia Hall Preparatory School (Chairman 2012 - 2014), Tulsa Tennis Club, Circle Ten Counsyl of the Boy Scouts of America (Dallas), Tulsa Boys Home and the Tulsa Philharmonic Society.
